Hi, I'm Stephanie – your Berlin cat sitter since 2015. I’ve been a pet sitter and cat owner most of my life, and know how hard it can be leaving a furry friend behind. I’m here to relieve some of that stress, and give you the peace of mind that your cat is in safe hands - receiving the love and attention they need.I care for cats all over Berlin, and over the years, I've made many lasting friendships with a whole host of beautiful cats, and of course, their wonderful owners.

Service
All of my cat sitting services take place in the comfy confines of your cat's home – where they're happiest. As well as covering the basics, I'll spend plenty of quality time with your cat(s) – whether that means playing, grooming, cuddling, or just some quiet company.
I’ll feed your cat exactly to your instructions.
I’ll wash + replenish your cat's food / water bowls daily
I can administer oral + intravenous medication
I’ll clean & refresh the kitty litter every day
Your plants won't be forgotten about!
I'll happily bring in your mail for you
Playing, grooming & cuddling are my specialities!
I'll send you regular photo updates
I'm also happy to:
Put the bins out
Open and close curtains daily
Turn certain lights on and off
Hoover certain rooms
Take your pet to their vets in an emergency

How do I make a booking?
Booking my cat sitting services is easy.
1. Simply fill out my booking request form and I will get back to you within 48 hours.
2. We'll then arrange a Meet & Greet to to get everyone acquainted and talk through the details.
3. If you're satisfied I'm the cat sitter for you, I'll send you over an invoice which you will need to part pay to secure your booking.
What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact me as soon as possible.Cancellation is free up until 14 days prior to the booking.
If you cancel between 13 and 8 days prior to your booking, you will be charged 25% of the booking total.
If you cancel between between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the booking, you will be charged 50% of the booking total.
If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your booking, you will be charged the full amount of the booking total.For more details, please refer to my T&Cs
How does the key hand over work?
I offer a free in-person Meet & Greet to all of my new clients, and this is a great time to give me your keys. But since you're not obliged to commit to booking me during the Meet & Greet, so you are also welcome to bring your keys to me at a later date.If you require me to pick up your key after our initial meeting, there is a €5 fee to cover my travel expenses. The same applies for dropping off keys after a booking has ended.
Can you water my plants?
I will happily water your plant during my visits. However, I'm a cat whisperer, and plants are definitely not my area of expertise. I will do my best to keep your plants healthy and alive while you are away, but my priority is your pet's care and the security of your home. Please let me know if you have more than just a few house plants to water, as this will inevitably take up a lot more of the visit.
Can my cat(s) stay at your home while I'm away?
In short, no. I do not offer cat-boarding services. My services are carried out in the comfy confines of your cat's home – where they feel most relaxed.
Are your services tax deductable?
As a small business, and according to §19 UStG, I do not charge sales tax. But my invoices are tax deductable as a household service if payment is made by bank transfer.
